The Zenaida Inocentes Gawaran Scholarship

The Garry Inocentes Gawaran Scholarship

The Villa Cecilia Academy of Arts and Technology Scholarship

Madam Zenaida Inocentes Gawaran served on the Board of Directors and founder for VCAAT until now at present. It was Madam Zenaida's dream that VCAAT expand the educational opportunities in our community at the pre-elementary, elementary, and high school levels to families who desire a basic but quality education for their child but have limited financial resources. The Friends of Villa Cecilia Academy of Arts and Technology (VCAAT) Scholarship Program was born out of Madam Zenaida Inocentes Gawaran's efforts. We hope to form a group of professionals, business owners and parents who engage in the education of the upcoming generation of leaders. As one of the first trancendent private school in the Ligas 3 of City of Bacoor, VCAAT will embrace cultural and economic diversity by welcoming all backgrounds, all religions, and those from all walks of life.

Garry Inocentes Gawaran is a role model in our community. A resident of Casimiro Westville Homes in Ligas 3, City of Bacoor, Cavite. Garry is a CEO of Villa Cecilia Academy of Arts and Technology back in in 2003. He spent many hours in supervising & monitoring the school's standard quality & safety, saying that his late father taught him the value of being responsible & excellent early in his life. We are grateful to Garry for his kindness and service to our school, our students and our community.  It has been a wonderful gift to all of us who know Garry. This year we established a scholarship for academic & sports and look forward to introducing Garry Inocentes Gawaran to our lucky scholarship students in the next year.

To be eligible for a Scholarship, students must have a family income that does not exceed 250% of the federal poverty guidelines and must be entering kindergarten or enrolled in VCAAT school with a 90.00 and above grade average.

The mission of the Friends of Villa Cecilia Academy of Arts and Technology is to raise funds through fundraising efforts and a donor solicitation program for the purpose of awarding tuition assistance for attendance at the Villa Cecilia Academy of Arts and Technology school. Tuition assistance will be awarded in the form of scholarships to qualified student candidates selected through an application and interview process. Scholarship funds will be remitted directly to VCAAT in the award recipient’s name and applied to the family’s account balance for tuition.

Scholarship awards are awarded at various levels based on qualified need up to PhP 5,000 per school year or about half of annual tuition. The remaining balance is the responsibility of the family and shall be remitted to the school in accordance with the Financial Commitment Policy outlined on the Admissions Application. Other fees such as the Materials Fee, Cultural Enrichment fee, and extended day programming fees are the responsibility of the family. Scholarships are awarded and renewed on an annual basis.

Program funding is limited, and all scholarship/financial aid awards are subject to the availability of funds.  To ensure that the limited funds available are used in the fairest and most effective way possible we are request that you complete a scholarship/financial aid application.  The following is a list of information that will be required:
