RULES CONCERNING FEES:

 

1. All fees are computed on the basis of the preferred payment scheme that is payable in full upon registration.

2. The total fees may be paid in cash, semi-annual, quarterly

     and monthly as shown in the mode of payment schedule.

3.  FAMILY DISCOUNTS

     The following discounts on tuition are granted.

• SECOND CHILD                                     10%

• THIRD CHILD                                          30%

• FOURTH                                                  50%

     

CECILIAN DISCOUNT

Consistent VCAAT Top one awardees from First Quarter to   Fourth Quarter in each level are entitled to receive 20%  discount on tuition, but they have to pay the miscellaneous fees in full. Such discount is applicable to the following  school year.

4. When a student registers in Villa Cecilia Academy of Arts &

    Technology, it is understood that he is enrolling for the

    entire school year. A student who transfers or otherwise

    withdraws, in writing, before the start of classes may be

    charged 5% of the total amount due. If a student  

    transfers or otherwise withdraws within two (2) weeks

    after the beginning of classes and who has already paid

    the pertinent tuition and other school fees in full or any

    length longer than one month may be charged, 10% of the

    total amount due. The student may be charged of all the

    school fees in full if he withdraws anytime after the

    second week of classes. (Sec. 66, Manual of Regulations

    for Private Schools, 8th Edition)

 

5. A student with delinquent account must settle his/her

    accounts in FULL before enrolling again in the next

    academic year.

 

6. Schedule of payment shall be observed as indicated in the

    mode of payment or statement of accounts. 2 percent (%)

    may be charged from the fees to be paid if payment

    lapsed for one month from the given schedule.

 

7. Report cards and Form 137-E shall not be issued to

    students with unsettled accounts.
