Cecilian Fun Run

Takbo Pamilyang Ceciliano para na kay San Lorenzo. For the benefit of Tahanan ng Karunungan Scholarship Foundation. On December 4 is another exciting day for the Cecilian children. And for me, as I got to experience another sport at school event, which is completely different from the events that we know. It is a fun event, fundraiser and a selection for the school team at the same time. The Cecilian Fun Run!

Early morning starts with an electrifying ZUMBA of 50 minutes. That's sounds a dance party!

Since the whole school is involved in the running, the whole family have to run the 1,000 m (1 km) fixed distance.

Besides being a fun event and getting the children active together with their parents, every child is a sponsors for their own run. I will not spoil what will happen yet, but I will make sure that I will get picture proof of it.

Villa Cecilia Academy of Arts and Technology is a school that focuses on the academic program and sports. Singing & dance are part of the school extra-curricular activities, children can learn to play different instruments and the showcase is hopefully the biggest highlight of the year. But even in a school with a varsity of basketball & volleyball sports, like VCAAT, Inter-School Sport is a regular subject in the week for the grades 4 to 10. It takes up 2 hours three times a week, throughout the year. VCAAT Home of the Titans! Berakah Cecilians!
